One of the most iconic views in the Okanagan Valley - is the overlook of Vaseux Lake near Oliver BC. The outstanding geology of the slopes and massive MacKintyre bluff loom over the reflective waters of the marsh & lake.
I was fortunate to stay in this exact spot for a couple of weeks and paint on location. Watching the changing light from Dawn to Dusk. This was the last of the sunset shining on the distant stone bluffs and reflecting on the river. The patterns and lines of the fence and vineyards make a great perspective viewpoint.
