Day 10 Toronto lake shore

TORONTO. Decided not to even try heading into the city. And lucked out with some radiant sunshine and warm breezes off the lake. (after yesterday’s fog and rain it was a pleasant surprise to see the water at all) These are just some of the views of the the morning.
Stopped to sketch by the Humber bridge and the East Humber Bay park. lovely sprawling natural gardens and shoreline walks, a fabulous butterfly garden habitat, and wetlands – all within spitting distance of the huge new condo towers and developments. Even our hotel (Four Points – Sheraton) will fall to the wrecking ball and closes within a couple of weeks. My Aunt is fortunate to live in this building near the shoreline walkway and it is easily accessible. very impressive.
